Percy and Crystal went above and beyond my expectations. After less than 3 weeks on the market a neighbor lowered his asking price so I called Percy to lower mine, Percy said keep it at full asking price and 2 days later we had an offer and those people bought the house! They also found us our next dream cabin in the mountains! Thanks again Percy and Crystal
