Born and raised in Arkansas, Percy graduated from the University Of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a B.S. in Mathematics and then earned a Masters in Business Administration from John F. Kennedy University, a private University in Orinda, California. Upon graduation, Percy has held numerous senior level management jobs in Quality/Process engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing with small to large corporations such as Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing, Ford Motors, A. O. Smith Corporation, Memorex Corporation and The Vendo Company. He was published in Canadian Vending and Vending Times magazines on the subject of wireless technology in vending and the financial benefits.
Since 1991, Percy has been a licensed real estate broker working full time in real estate as a broker/owner with Carriage House Properties until 2001 when he and Greg Maroot founded PEM Properties, Incorporation. PEM Properties has represented numerous clients in residential, apartment and land/sub-division sales and financing in the San Joaquin Valley.
He is well established in the Fresno community having served as the Board Chairman and President for the Fresno County United Way, Vice President for Fresno Chamber of Commerce, Board member for the Valley Business Conference Business Committee, Fresno State Business Advisory Committee and served as a Fresno City Human Rights Commissioner. He is a well known social contributor to our community at the grass roots level.
Percy stresses that while it may be difficult to get your mind around it…always look at your real estate transaction as an investment! He is customer service oriented and fun to be around with his positive outlook on life.
